Home Watch Services
Quality Home Inspection

We provide a comprehensive check of the following:                        Exterior, Interior, Plumbing and Water Systems, Utilities and Appliances.  The detailed list can be found on our checklist tab.  We have iPad’s that we take to every home check and go through the list.  Once the list has been completed, we will send a copy of the the completed list along with pictures/comments if necessary.  The list can be emailed or texted

Security and Services

We ensure that all alarm systems if applicable are working properly and all security cameras are on and functioning.

  • All doors are checked every visit to ensure they are locked properly.
  • Newspapers and garbage bins are brought in upon request.

  • Run water in all faucets to check for leaks.
  • Inspect toilets for proper flushing and any signs of leaks.
  • Examine water heater for leaks or corrosion.
  • Check under sinks for plumbing leaks or water damage.
  • Ensure all outdoor hoses are disconnected to prevent freezing.
